A diversified $+8 Billion organization serving more than 190 retail co-ops with over 2,500 retail outlets needed to rethink, realign, and redesign multiple branded web channels into a single and cohesive digital strategy.


A unique business comprised of agriculture, energy, food, building supplies, pharmacy and other lines required a partner who could help serve the diverse business units of the cooperative and develop a comprehensive digital roadmap and implementation schedule.


K2 Digital’s Strategists worked in partnership with FCL to craft a digital roadmap for a new B2B and B2C web presence, as well as blueprint the required internal systems and infrastructure to support the roadmap. In accordance with the roadmap, the corporate website and a series of microsites have already been digitally revitalized. Beyond the consumer-facing properties, K2 Digital is further engaged to transform employee communications by redesigning and rebuilding the corporate Intranet on WebSphere Portal with personalized and targeted messaging. The redesign/redevelopment also enhances employee self-service applications and productivity tools.
