Lawrence Tepperman

Managing Director

Lawrence has 21 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and software solutions, and has a unique ability to create solutions that are bold, pragmatic, differentiating and performance enhancing. Prior to founding K2 Digital, he was President & CEO of 80/20 Solutions, Head of Enterprise Customer Experience for BMO, Leader of Customer Intelligence Solutions at SAS Institute, and held executive positions with Capital C and Exchange Solutions. Lawrence possesses an MBA, and spent 6 years as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young.
Kenneth Cheung

VP of Growth Strategy

Kenneth has held leadership roles across a diverse range of technology organizations in the financial services, AML, fraud risk/governance, healthcare risk, and business intelligence domains. Ken has a track record of working with organizations to accelerate their growth via multi-million dollar transformation initiatives. Kenneth is a technologist who loves coupling the latest digital innovation with an emphasis on also accounting for human dynamics. Kenneth's passion is to drive rapid and sustainable change in every organization he partners with.
Eric Yu

VP of Experience

Eric has spent his career been building digital experiences, strategies, applications and operations for clients over the past 18 years. His background began with application design, development, operations and business process re-engineering at IBM. With Klick/K2 Digital for over 9 years, Eric has created numerous digital experiences including loyalty with Sony Rewards, e-Commerce with Walmart, brand with Suncor and operations with LUSH. Eric leads the K2 Digital experience team with strategy, user experience and creative disciplines reporting in to him.

Simon got his start with glue and scissors, cutting out pictures and words to make covers for his collection of bootleg cassettes. An embarrassingly long time later, realized that Graphic Designer was a job and he could probably make a living this way.

As a prominent UX evangelist, Ray offers his time to conferences and educational institutions helping inspire others to take on human-centered design processes. Shanker Kaura

Head, K2 Labs

Shanker is experienced in tech delivery and business strategy across financial services, public sector, retail and pharma domains. Previous roles include management consultant and mobile strategist, but he's also developed several commerical mobile and web apps. Shanker is a Scrum expert and manages application delivery at K2. He has a BSc, Computer Science from Western University and a Masters in Software Engineering from McMaster.

Manager, Client Strategy

Client Strategy

The Manager, Client Strategy is responsible for overall project success in an assigned account set. This means you work with K2 Digital teams and disciplines to deliver value to clients. You will need to manage client relationships and expectations to ensure that your teams deliver effectively. In all projects, you are partnered with a technical lead, a project manager and a strategist who will support you, but you “own” the client and the financial portfolio and determine the account plan for each client.

Senior Solutions Strategist


From your experience and knowledge, you’ll help create technology based solutions to solve their problems and help grow their business. You’ll interact with clients at all levels to understand them and in the end be their trusted advisor that they can lean on for opinions, ideas and to see projects through. You’ve helped clients focus, shape and prioritize their business and technical requirements. Drawing swim lane diagrams is second nature and is part of your tool set for defining and refining processes.

Marketing Coordinator


The Marketing Coordinator position requires a broad range of skills and experience in support of key marketing objectives and goals. As Marketing Coordinator, member of the marketing team, you will be asked to coordinate special events, help maintain content listed on the K2 website, assist with social media, email marketing, web campaigns and public relations, as well as general administrative support.
